Mabe ships internationally from Brazil to several countries, including all of Europe, using tracked international shipping services.

All orders are carefully prepared in our studio and securely packed to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

We currently ship to European countries and other international destinations available at checkout.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before completing your purchase.


📦 Processing time

All Mabe products are handmade.

Processing time begins after payment confirmation, respecting the production time stated on each product page.


✈️ International delivery time

For shipments to Europe, the estimated delivery time is:

10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country

  • local customs procedures

  • peak periods or customs inspections

Mabe is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services in the destination country.


💰 Shipping costs

International shipping fees are:

  • calculated at checkout, or

  • applied as a fixed international rate, when available

Shipping costs are based on package weight, volume, and destination.

💡 Tip: International shipping is calculated per order. Adding more items to your cart makes shipping more advantageous, as the cost is shared in a single shipment.


🧾 Customs, duties & taxes

International shipments are sent under the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm.

This means:

  • shipping fees cover transportation only

  • customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer

Customs regulations vary by country, and Mabe has no control over potential charges applied by local authorities.


🔎 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email.

Tracking updates depend on the postal system of the destination country after the package arrives.


🔁 Delivery attempts & returns

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • recipient unavailable

  • non-payment of customs duties or taxes

the shipment may be returned to Brazil.

In such cases, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
